Tyresö gymnasium will begin with digital/distance education
Tyresö gymnasium will begin with digital/distance education starting from March 19 as a result of the recommendation made by the Government earlier today.
All classes are cancelled on Wednesday (March 18) for students at Tyresö gymnasium as well as Secondary Special School. However, for now, students who are on their workplace training (APL) will still have to attend regardless, if not told otherwise by their supervisor. Student/parents/teacher meetings on March 18/19 will be carried out through either Google Hangout Meet or through telephone.
Classes will be digitally carried out as planned from Thursday, March 19, 12.00 pm. At the start of each lesson, students should be connected to Vklass and prepared to participate in digital teaching. Each student needs to follow the link in the lesson position in their schedule, further instructions will come. Tyresö Secondary Special School will be open as usual from March 19.
All students at Tyresö gymnasium must ensure that they have access to a computer. Read previous messages on Vklass or contact firstname.lastname@example.org if there are questions about this.
It is important that we all help each other to succeed with the digital education, in order to give students the best opportunities to reach their goals. Attendance will be taken in the same way as in-school teaching.
Planned health talk with student care will also take place through our digital platform. The school nurse will contact those concerned.
